School Development Plan

We are determined to make Normand Croft an excellent school.

Our annual School Development Plan helps us to achieve this goal by outlining how improvements will be addressed, by whom and when. The improvement priorities are identified after a detailed self-evaluation of the school’s overall performance. The action plans for the academic year are then finalised.
